This 10 suite villa can sleep up to 24 people with bedrooms across both floors and 6 king sized bedrooms as well as children's themed bedrooms including 'Mickey Mouse' and 'Avengers'!

A private swimming pool and spillover spa is the only way to relax while on vacation, located right outside your patio doors!

The upstairs loft area provides hours of entertainment for the whole family with an air hockey and foosball table as well as an X-Box video game console connected to a large flat screen TV!

It is located at the Encore Club, a quick 10 minute drive to Walt Disney World! Staying at the Encore Club also means exclusive on property amenities such as a clubhouse with a bar and restaurant and an AquaPark with twisting and drop slides!

Our hosts were great and the house was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet with a water park that was bigger than I imagined possible in a neighborhood. The house is a super easy 15-18 minute drive to all of the Disney World Parks and 30 minutes to the Universal Parks. Only 1:15 to Kennedy Space Center.The house is huge and very well appointed (pool, hot tub, game room, cooking utensils/pots/pans, etc. When we come back to Orlando next time, we would stay here again.

I would have liked to rate excellent but a couple of issues were not up to par. Furniture in living room was torn and dirty, so were dining room chairs. Paid for a week of pool heat but it took into the third day for it to be turned on. Location and setup of house was great for our family but house needs a refresh

We had 12 guys for a golf tournament and everyone commented this had been the best house to accommodate everyone. Having 2 dishwashers, 2 sets of washers dryers, 2 fridges and a large dining table was SO nice. Will be staying there again for sure. Great neighborhood, great communication from hosts and very responsive!

The house is larger inside than it appears from the outside. Each bedroom has a bathroom which was the best. Having the playroom was really nice too. The community pool was really nice for the kids too.

Very spacious

The house is exactly as shown in the pictures but even better in person. It’s very spacious and each room has its own personal bathroom. We were a family of 15 and we would stay here again. So much to do on the premises, soccer, tennis, beach volleyball, and the water park was lots of fun. We were all very satisfied and had a great time. Thank you Ann and Gary!!

This home is simply perfect! The location is great, close to all Disney parks and Universal. The water park located on the property was wonderful. Everyone working at the park were very kind and gracious. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, plenty of space for everyone. The pool at the house was great. Perfect mini youth retreat!

Our stay was amazing! Everyone loved the house! The best part is that it was like having your own personal hotel room! Everyone had there own privacy! When it was time to eat we enough seating for all us to enjoy the meals together! And what can I say the the waterpark was a mega plus!!!!!! We loved it! We are looking forward to rent in the future! Great location!

Overall nice place and walking distance to water park. Confusion about pet fee as Encore Resort charges $40 per night per pet and this management company charged $450 for 5 nights. Also for the number of people staying in the home, grill should be bigger. Surprised that there was a charge for a grill. All that being said, we enjoyed staying there!

We rented this house for a small family reunion, which included three families and 7 kids ranging in age from 1 to 13. The house is incredible in size, amenities and quality. We loved the pool, water park, game room, and huge dining room table. The owners and property manager put great thought into the guest experience with two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two laundry rooms and a well equipped kitchen. Thanks for an awesome weeeknd. We’d love to come back sometime!

House was beautiful well appointed and in a great location. We had a few minor issues that where quickly handled with 1 call to Jeeves, they where fantastic. We enjoyed the pool nearly every day as well as 1 day at the water park which was very nice. neighborhood could get a little noisy at times a lot of individual parties going on. For the most part everyone kept to the 10 pm quiet time. Great house
