Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors and return the keys
Please place all dishes in dishwasher don’t run it. Trash is to be placed in trash cans one is in the front of the house in driveway 2nd one is in the backyard.
Leave linen on beds all used towels & wash clothes are placed in the laundry room in the hamper.
Please make sure all lights are out front door & back door is locked key placed back in lockbox & closed thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The neighbors have been there for years. The yards are always well manicured they have plenty of fun places near by. Also we are approximately less than 20 meetings of Birmingham favorite places.
