The space
Step into our vintage, 1950's cottage and studio space. This cozy studio is located in a conveniently located neighborhood and offers a unique blend of retro charm and modern amenities.

Enter through a private entrance, with fully fenced yard and patio area. We do allow you to bring your pup (under 40 lbs, please). The interior is tastefully decorated with vintage-inspired furnishings and decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The studio features a well-equipped kitchenette, complete with a coffee maker, microwave, and induction cook plate. Whether you're brewing a fresh cup of coffee in the morning or whipping up a quick meal, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips. The small refrigerator allows you to store your favorite snacks and beverages.

Guest access
You will have access to your own entrance, patio area and small yard, as well as the entire studio during your stay.

This unit is under new management. Previous reviews of the house will be available in the photos section of the unit. It has been a guest favorite for many years due to its affordability, location, and charming nature of the cottage. The owner lives in the main house across the yard. She respects your privacy.
