We had a wonderful stay! Perfect location for our family and very clean and neat house. Appreciated the games and toys for our kids and the clear labels and instructions around the house for us!
Everything was extremely nice and clean in a super quiet neighborhood. We absolutely loved our time at this beautiful home. As yearly visitors to Eureka this will definitely be our first choice for future visits!
We loved our stay at this house. The place was quiet, clean and comfortable. The whole house has recently been remodeled and the kitchen was amazing.
The neighborhood is quiet and easy to take walks in.
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely spacious one bedroom house. It was located in a quiet neighborhood. We used it as a hub as we explored the area, Eureka, Arcata, Ferndale etc. We had a wonderful stay.

Magical stay
This place was a dream. While we were there the weather couldnt have been better. We enjoyed most of out meals in the yard enjoying the amazing garden. It was a bit over grown but we had a blast identifying all the different things growing from currants, to cherry plumbs, hydrangeas, and fennel. The bed was cozy. The shower was nice (we wanted to try out the giant tub but didnt get around to it). If we are ever back in the area we would 100% stay there again.
This is an absolutely beautiful gem if looking for a quiet getaway in Northern, CA. The house was lovely and immaculately kept that featured a beautiful open floor concept and a wraparound porch with all the privacy and Zen of the garden. The location is great for those looking for beautiful views, outdoor options, and a town with very friendly people and great food (Brick and Fire, Five Eleven, Cafe Waterfront, and The North on Fourth were our favorites).
The house was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Its location is so beautiful, right in the middle of the redwoods. Wish for a little more furniture, but we made it work. Thank you for sharing your home.
The house was clean and beautiful but the alarm going off when we first got there with no one knowing how to turn it off was not fun and the ants where a little annoying and their was some weird stains in the shower that freaked my kid out a little but other than that islt was awsome and convenient for everthing we wanted to see and do in the redroods.
Loved that it was close to all the things we wanted to do in Eureka but felt secluded because of its location in the woods. The property was clean and comfortable. One sort of minor thing, the curtains in the bathroom are inadequate. Someone can definitely see inside from outside at night when the light is on/and or looking specifically during the day. I would suggest updating to a better curtain as it is definitely see through (we checked).
The house was located in a good spot for our trips to see the redwoods. It was very clean. There were good restaurants in the area. We enjoyed going just outside of town to a farm with a pumpkin patch.
The only downside to the house was that there is not a good, comfortable chair to sit in and read. It would also be nice to have a chair in the bedroom. Instructions for the TV would also be helpful.

Peaceful location
The home was clean, quaint and off the beaten path. Very private and affordable. We enjoyed our week a great deal, my only encouragement to the owners would be to invest in a comfortable couch. We did not utilize the living room at all because the tiny, creaky IKEA couch was not inviting. Had it been just an overnight stay, we may not have noticed, but a week without another room to relax in, was dissatisfying. Otherwise, a very charming home well located in a peaceful neighborhood.
This house is in a seemingly nice neighborhood and manages to feel secluded. When we arrived at the house, one of the patio doors was wide open. We informed the house owner and they responded promptly and said it was likely their cleaner who had forgotten to close it. The house smelled clean, but one of the bathrooms had no soap, and one pillow was missing a pillowcase. Otherwise it was a nice stay.
One of the cleanest places I have stayed in. The property is very well kept. You can tell the owners take a lot of pride in the home. Home had most things we needed. Area felt safe. However the house itself made noise throughout the day/night. Didn’t really bother us until nighttime. I think a fan would be a great addition to the place and would help drown out some of the nighttime house/maybe fridge? noises. Would definitely stay here again. Large area in the living room to place an air mattress if needed. Large kitchen makes cooking easy! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
The home was nice. I wish the hot tub was in service. Also the grounds could use a little attention. The garden was full of weeds and the table outside is unusable because it needs refinishing. On another note, the interior could use a few more chairs. A single small couch is just not enough space for a family of four to sit. The fireplace had one loose firebrick. We did not want to use it due to safety concerns. If it was put back in place it would have been usable. Overall we had a good stay.
