Charming Tiny House with Hot Tub and big fenced yard! Private location!
You'll love this unique and romantic escape. Cute and cozy Tiny home with a great outdoor space! Large fully fenced yard, very pet friendly! There’s a relaxing covered outdoor deck with the spa, bbq, and comfy outdoor furnishings. Make a fire in the outdoor fire pit and roast marshmallows while taking in the beautiful surroundings. Directly between Eureka and Arcata makes this an easy spot to unwind in the country with only a 5 minute easy drive to either town. Great privacy close to town!
The Tiny house is well appointed with nice compact kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas stove and large sink. Small couch, 55” smart tv mounted on the wall. One full bathroom with a corner shower unit, vanity and toilet. The loft area is accessed up a ladder stair. There is a full sized bed with small shelf nook and beautiful views of the redwoods next door. There is a small covered deck with a large two person spa, bbq and comfy seating outside.
