Nestled in the heart of Eureka and surrounded by redwoods, this fully updated duplex is near the Sequoia Park Zoo, Redwood Park, Arcata Theatre Lounge, and downtown shops and dining. Includes a Level 2 Tesla Wall Connector (240V) available to all EVs with a J1772 adapter. Charging is $25 flat per stay or $0.30/kWh. Please let us know if you plan to use it.

Early arrivals must be approved in advance and are subject to availability.

Fees are based on how early access is requested:
• Up to 1 hour early: $35
• 1–3 hours early: $50
• More than 3 hours early: $75

Early arrival without approval may result in additional charges or denied entry if cleaning is still in progress.

PET POLICY — DOGS ONLY

We welcome well-behaved, house-trained dogs with prior approval.
• $50 flat fee per approved dog, per stay
• $25 for each additional approved dog
• Cats are not permitted due to allergy considerations and cleaning limitations
• No other animals are permitted without prior written approval

Dog Rules
• No dogs on beds or furniture
• No dogs in bedrooms
• Dogs may not be left unattended in the home
• Guests must bring their own crate or bedding (a medium crate may be available upon request)
• Do not use household towels, linens, or blankets for pets
• Clean up after pets indoors and outdoors
• Avoid excessive barking or disturbances
• Do not attempt to cover up accidents

Violations of the pet policy may result in a minimum $100 cleaning fee, with additional charges for damage or excessive cleaning.

Service animals are welcome in accordance with Airbnb policy and applicable law. Please notify us in advance if traveling with a service animal.

Trash & Garbage — Unit A
• Trash pickup is Tuesday morning
• Guests staying on Monday night are asked to place bagged trash at the curb in front of the property Tuesday morning
• If trash builds up during your stay, please bag it neatly and place it in the garage

EV Charger

Use of the EV charger requires prior communication through the app.
• Payment may be made via instructions at the charger.
• Instructions are clearly posted inside the home and near the charging location
• Unauthorized use may result in additional charges

Internet & Equipment

Guests may not modify, reset, unplug, or relocate any internet, router, modem, or Wi-Fi equipment.
Issues should be reported through the app for assistance.

Left-Behind Items

Items left behind require coordination, time, and handling.
• Items are held for 14 days
• In-person pickup is by appointment only
• Shipping, if approved, requires:
• All shipping costs
• $40 handling fee (minimum)
• Unclaimed items after 14 days may be donated or discarded

We are not responsible for items once shipped.

Before departure, please:
• Place used dishes in or near the kitchen sink
• Take trash out as outlined above
• Return the garage remote to the Welcome Center
• Turn off the heater
• Lock all doors and windows
• Notify us if you depart early
