The Seaside Cottage is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom entire home with a private fully gated backyard. The home was designed and thoughtfully remodeled by a local designer and artisans. We hope this home greets you with its warmth and craftsmanship.

* LIVING ROOM *
Enter through a cedar dutch door and consider leaving the top open to let in the coastal breeze. Walk into the living room on terra cotta floors- notice the antique ceiling beams, gas fireplace for ambiance & heat, Mario Bellini leather couch, large travertine coffee table, and French doors that lead to the backyard.


* THE BEDROOM *
Features a queen bed with fresh premium linens, a smart TV, and large walk-in closet.


* KITCHEN & DINING *

* THE BATHROOM *
Provides a large, clawfoot soaking tub (with shower) ideal for relaxation. Shampoo/conditioner/body and hand wash all provided.


* OUTDOOR PATIO & BACKYARD *
The backyard is the perfect setting for al fresco dining. The home provides an outdoor dining table, bbq, and chairs on the patio all while enjoying Seaside's dramatic and colorful sunsets. Off the back patio you'll find the laundry room equipped with full washer & dryer and all necessary amenities. As well as an additional fridge and freezer.


* DRIVEWAY & PARKING *
The home provides a private driveway for one vehicle and is located on a one way residential street with additional parking.


* PET FRIENDLY *
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval and an additional $95 per pet fee, a subsequent fee will apply for each additional pet. No other types of pets or animals are authorized.


PET Policy: We kindly require, If left unattended inside the home, pets must be crated or left in the fully gated backyard.
Please abide by our pet rules and guidelines found in our House Rules and Short Term Vacation Rental Agreement to ensure the safety of your pets and our home.

Nice little spot!!

This is a very nice little property. Quite convenient to our travels in the area with good access to Hwy 1 and other transport route. The place was clean and very quiet at night (huge bonus). There is a Safeway close by for necessities, if needed, and we were very happy with our stay.

My friend and I stayed at the Cottage for a little trip up to the bay and we had a great time! The place was so beautiful and in a perfect location for driving to the aquarium and other places around the bay. We had a wonderful experience and would totally recommend Seaside Cottage!

Absolute stunner of a property! We loved our stay at Bri’s place. Her hospitality was top-notch. We felt so welcomed. The cottage is beautifully decorated and was stocked with anything we might need while remaining totally spotless and uncluttered. Our dog loved the fenced-in yard. The neighborhood is quiet and a close drive to Monterey and Pacific Grove.

Clean and comfortable in a beautiful area

Overall great stay. It is a small house in a working class neighborhood, but that's really the hardest one can knock it. The whole peninsula is super easy to navigate and reach from this spot. The house itself is clean and set up well to maximize the space and having an enclosed yard was fantastic. We spent most of the time out and about exploring the area, but this was a very nice home base to return to when we needed to. Would stay again.

Cozy Cottage at Seaside

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here while attending the Sea Otter Classic. The house offered full amenities complete with a backyard for small group gatherings and our host was able to answer our questions that had arisen during our stay. We will likely book again if the chance arises!

My friend and I stayed for 3 nights and it was truly a relaxing time. We appreciated the care and quality that went into every detail. The house is so cute and organized. Wow, wow, wow. My husband and I were daily noticing new things we loved about the character of this home. Bri created an experience with this rental, and of all the traveling I’ve done, this quaint home is by far my favorite. The neighborhood quiet, details in the home are so intentional, and the location was perfect for our day trips to Monterey, Bixby Bridge, Point Lobos, Lover’s Point, and Carmel by the Sea. Each day was a new adventure! Don’t second guess, book the stay.

Comfortable and well appointed small home

It’s all yours! Small home that was our home for a weekend. We and our dog loved the relaxed comfort. Bri and her husband took great care in providing all things you need to relax in their VRBO. From the large common area to relax in to a well landscaped small yard and patio, we and our dog absolutely enjoyed a relaxing weekend here, and would rent again.

We were so happy with our stay. It was easy to check in and the hardbound guidebook was a great touch. We appreciated the treats as a welcome gift. The cottage was incredibly lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed the quaint, charming French style cottage details from the clawfoot tub to the Dutch door and the animals prints in the terracotta tiles. Everything was thoughtfully curated. The backyard was great for our dog and we enjoyed a nice holiday bbq with the grill. The cottage is in a nice location - only a few minutes from great food and 15 min drive to Carmel and Monterey. A great experience overall.
