The Vacation House is located east of Boca Cega Bay in a Quiet Residential Community This Spacious Mid Century Home is light and bright and features 2Bedrooms and 2 full baths, The Master with en-suite, Full Kitchen with indoor laundry and a nice private outdoor Pool/ Patio area.

Madeira Beach Stay

We had an enjoyable stay for two weeks. This is house has a great pool area and is a mile to the beach. If you like biking the Pinellas trail is also a mile away to hop on. Our host was very responsive and available.

Older home but nice!

I stayed there with my mom for four nights. This is an older home and it is very simple, but was clean. It definitely met our needs! It’s in an adorable and safe area, but I wish it was a little more secure. There is only a small lock on the front door, not a deadbolt. The yard and pool were terrific and it’s very close to a lot of things which made the location convenient. The guest bathroom has no counter, so it was hard to get ready. Finally, due to the age of the home, there are not a ton of light fixtures or outlets. I would recommend this property. We enjoyed our time there.

Relaxation time

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at William's home.The home was spacious, clean, convenient for shopping of all your needs. The 2 bedrooms were comfortable and both bathrooms are a good size.If you need the central air on it cools the house fast and completely.There are ample dishes, cups, glasses and all the cooking pots pans that you need if you want to cook.The back yard is wonderful as well as the heated pool.The neighborhood is quite and being in the pool for most of the time was just what we were looking for a great getaway.William was great getting back with different questions we had.The only regret we have is that we only stayed for 3 nights.I would definitely recommend this great vacation home.Thank you William. Hope to make it back again.

The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. not to mention walkable to shopping, restraints and Maderia Beach!
