Adorable clean tiny home near Capitol Reef. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. I'd highly recommend a stay here!Just a note to future guests; the only grocery store is in Loa, northeast if Bicknell so get your supplies there.
Remarkably well appointed and functional. The care and attention to detail is the best we have experienced. Quality everywhere from towels to Keurig coffee. The hot tub was spotless and worked perfectly. We have absolutely nothing to recommend for changes or upgrades. Bonus: the farm cats were super friendly.
Guesthouse was great and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We would stay here again and will recommend to friends. Our only wish was that hot tub had a little more privacy.
A lovely, clean, and convienent place to stay for our trip to Capitol Reef National Park. It was great to have a kitchenette and mini fridge. Two tips for showering, the water is very hot (yay!) but keep in mind the water heater is small. You'll have plenty of hot water if you turn the water off while you are sudsing up. I made the error of not doing this the first night so learn from my mistake! If there are two people, the water heater reheats very fast, if you wait 15ish minutes between showers the second person will have a full tank of hot water for themselves. I would recommend this place to any friends visiting the park.
Very beautiful quiet area to stay. Very clean and everything that you need provided. Host contacted us be we good there with door code and a very nice welcome nice welcome message. I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying again in the future
The little house was darling. There are many cute details. Thick towels, cute dishes. My husband and I loved how cozy it was and the jacuzzi was a plus.
We stayed here for one night en route from Bryce Canyon to Capitol Reef. The location was perfect for accessing Capital Reef. It looks unassuming from the outside, but the tiny house was cozy, clean and well appointed, and we were very comfortable.
We loved the access to the property and the amenities inside. The only negative i can say, is the bed was a little too hard for my liking. Other than that it was great. Thank you so much for having us!
Cute, comfortable little cottage, and Sarah & Shelly were excellent hosts! We were in the area for a music festival, and this was the perfect, peaceful respite away from the crowds, after the shows. And it is only about a 20 minute drive to the Capitol Reef National Park. So, of course, this entire area is just stunning! Would absolutely recommend staying here.
Shelly was amazing. She gave us our privacy but on check in let us feel welcome and assured us to contact her if we had any issues or questions. Very clean place and relaxing, it’s the perfect weekend getaway and very close to Capital Reef and had all the amenities you would need.
