HOUSE RULES: 1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 adults & 2 children.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.
8. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.
9. For your garbage and recycling, please ensure it is stored inside at all times to avoid attracting wildlife. Prior to departure, please take it to the Panorama Transfer Station on your right-hand side as you are heading back towards Invermere. Please note that there will be a $50 removal fee if garbage is left in the unit, so we recommend bringing it by periodically during your stay to make checkout easier.

Thanks for taking the time for the review, glad all was well, and you were happy with the unit. Lets host you again, and feel free to reach out anytime so we can keep finding you the best places to stay, Cheers.
The house was nice and new. Great access to the hot tub after a long day of skiing. The management company was great to deal with and answered any question we had quickly.
We had a great stay overall. The unit was very clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the hot tub was such a nice bonus after long days out. One thing to note is that the A/C was not working during our stay, which was disappointing since it was one of the main reasons we chose this listing. That said, the host was fair and responsive, and we were compensated appropriately for the inconvenience. We appreciated the communication and the gesture. With that aside, the place itself was lovely and well taken care of.
One of the nicest, most modern properties at Panorama. 3 beautiful large rooms, modern, clean amenities and hot tub. Really enjoyed our stay. Be sure to bring everything you need including oil, spices, etc for cooking… the rest is provided and was a comfortable, quiet stay. Loved having access to the pools and activities in Panorama and enjoyed the short walk to the gondolas. Great communication with hosts.
Nice, new, very clean property. 8 minute walk to the people mover (small gondola to access the main resort area). All appliances worked fine; no problems (stove, BBQ, dishwasher, Hot Tub, washer/dryer, coffee makers, etc.). View from the back balcony (hot tub) was secluded and nice view of the creek and trees (not looking into a neighbour's unit); view from the small front balcony (BBQ and 3 chairs) was over the parking lot and into other units, so not so nice. The back balcony has no room for chairs, as the hot tub pretty much fills that deck. Ground floor bedroom is good for adults or older children but not young children as the only access to main unit (2nd and 3rd floors) is through the garage and up large flight of stairs (not a good layout for young children); as well as there is screen door access to outside (should have child proof locks). Strange that the children's bunkbeds were in this isolated room. We brought along a baby monitor as we had thought that this was going to be an awkward room for young children. None of the bedrooms had any drawers (dresser drawer or chest of drawers), so storage was a bit limited; large closets with hangers, but no real place for folded items, socks, etc. Garage is small and tight; OK for a small car or compact SUV, but not for anything bigger (especially since access from the basement bedroom is via the garage). There is room for a pickup truck on the driveway in front of the garage.
