Located just across the street from the world-famous John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath, Sandy Shores oceanfront condo has an open layout with all modern amenities and is only footsteps away from the shore. Your Master Bedroom has two queen size beds and your second bedroom has two twin beds. Spacious, fully-stocked kitchen, with modern appliances, and plenty of room to enjoy your very own slice of paradise.

This stylish open-concept living has great views no matter where you are in the condo. With balcony access from both the living room and the oversized master bedroom, you can sip your morning coffee on the deck enjoying the sounds of the waves as you plan the day’s adventure. The living room features plush furnishings accented by the Florida beach vibe. And of course, beach supplies are also provided, like chairs and towels.

The bedrooms are comfortable and well-appointed, featuring plenty of storage and flat-screen TVs. No detail has been missed. The spacious primary bedroom has two queen-size beds that you can see the gulf from, while the second bedroom has two twin-size beds. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the second bathroom has a shower/tub combo. If needed, your living room also has a queen size sleeper sofa.

Downstairs you’ll enjoy the beach-side, community pool where you have full access to community grills and tiki-covered tables. Perfect for a memorable family picnic. There is full beach access where you can take a relaxing stroll along the sugar-white sand of Mad Beach.

With over 130 boutiques, restaurants, local breweries and attractions, you can shop, eat local cuisine and rent any water sport you can imagine (like parasailing or deep-sea fishing) all within walking distance. Perfect location by John’s Pass and the ocean. Other guests that were at the pool were very friendly. Host did a great job communicating with any questions. Would definitely stay there again.

Condo was comfy and the location is great. The kitchen drain stopped up and when we pulled out the insert in sink it was disgusting. This is a corner unit so your view of the ocean is slightly blocked. Pool was wet nice as is all the shade and tables. You can rent 2 chairs and an umbrella for 40.00 a day. Host does have chairs and umbrella in closest.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was just as it showed and described. It was very clean and comfortable… The property is close to shopping g and eateries ….so we only had to drive to get groceries. The beach access is very close, which is great when you’re bringing lots of beach gear for the kiddos. They have chair rentals right there and that was very convenient. There was always a maintenance man keeping up with the grounds and pool. The pool has plenty of covered seating with tables and chairs, and the grill area was great!

Great beach and proximity to Johns Pass

The beach and access to it are perfect. The gulf never disappoints. The building, elevator and stairs are showing their age. The unit itself has been renovated and looks good. There are several issues that need to be addressed in the unit itself before it is ready for primetime. The host was quick to answer our communications. We made several trips across the street to Johns Pass and really enjoyed the Shark Boat adventure and the various dining options.
