About this property

Bull Street Bungalow - Close to USC/Vista & 5 TVs!

The #bullstreetbungalow is a historic budget friendly 4 bed, 2 bath home along a busy road across from the BullStreet District in the Cottontown Neighborhood. The BullStreet District includes Segra Park (MLB Minor League), REI Co-Op Store, Starbucks and a new Iron Hill Brewery. The house offers a full kitchen, dining room, living room with a 60" Roku TV, covered porch, and back yard with off-street parking. There are 3 queen bedrooms and 1 bedroom with twin beds, each with its own 43" TV!

The Bull Street Bungalow was built in 1928 and packs all of the charm and character of a historic home with modern features and amenities. The layout of the bedrooms is a little quirky and two of the bedrooms are only accessed by traveling through another bedroom or the main bathroom. In order to enter the house from the main parking area out back you must travel through the back bedroom as well. Located on a busy street, guests should expect to hear road noise. Sound machines/ear plugs are provided

Up and coming neighborhood

Close to coffee shops and restaurants, ballpark close by. Not for a light sleeper but noise machines are provided. Nice group spaces with living dining rooms

Great for Adult Groups

Impressed with attentiveness of the Host. The property is in an easily accessible location, but on one of the busiest streets for traffic. The house is not made for children. It is a solid choice for attending a USC event and across the street from the minor league baseball stadium. The house reminds me of a place that was fun to live in while in college, but not once you enter the working world.

.

Being by a busy street is something to consider when booking. It’s like a maze in there but in a good way. Tv in every room was beneficial so that we can have something to do individually when we’re not bonding.

DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE!!!

The photos of this home are NOT very accurate. When we arrived at the home we noticed the poor condition on the outside immediately. When we entered the house we immediate noticed the back door lock was not extremely secure, the floors are very worn and slanted in many areas, and the living room furniture is not the same, nor are the linens in the bed. After speaking with the owner he informed me that the pictures were from 3-4 years ago when property was purchased. I had my 87 year old dad, my 87 year old father in law and my 85 year old mother in law to attend my son’s law school graduation. We were very upset about the condition of the property and did not stay there for the 3 days we reserved it and luckily found hotel rooms, which were very expensive due to late reservation and graduation weekend. I called the owner to explain my situation and asked for a refund. I would have been happy to take any kind of compensation but he would not budge. This is NOT HOW YOU CONDUCT BUSINESS and also to not understand that this home was not suitable for the elderly people in my party. His description of the property was vague and used words like “quirky”…. Well that’s a nice way to put it. My point is DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this home. It’s TERRIBLE ON HOW HE CONDUCTS BUSINESS.
