Main Bedroom: Unwind in the elegance of the main bedroom, featuring a convenient private bathroom and luxurious queen bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep.

Guest Room: Your guests will feel right at home in the cozy guest room, also furnished with a comfortable queen bed.

Third Bedroom: Ideal for a small group or family, this room boasts two full beds, providing ample space for a restful night's sleep.

Fourth Bedroom (Loft Area): Retreat to the loft area, where you'll find two single beds—a perfect haven for a peaceful night's sleep or a quiet study session.
Guest access
The whole house is yours, I just ask that you treat it as your own. The home is equipped with an industry-leading smart lock. You'll be given a unique code valid for the duration of your stay.
Other things to note
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost of cleaning. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
