Free parking is available on the premises with space for two cars in the driveway. It may even accommodate up to three compact cars, but please confirm with the host beforehand as the third car is not guaranteed. You will be sharing the parking space with two other cars, but rest assured, they will not block each other. Please park on your designated driveway side.Please note that this is a two-unit separate house, and parking space is the only shared area.

Every Tuesday is trash collection day. My colleague will be responsible for putting out and bringing in the trash bins each Monday night or Tuesday morning. During your stay, please don't be surprised if someone opens the backyard to move the trash bins outside for collection.

House was great. Location was very good. Very close to the Cal State Fullerton campus which made it easy to attend graduation ceremonies. Lots of food options near by. Host was easily accessible via Vrbro messaging app.

Phenomenal stay

House was extremely clean and comfortable and decor made you feel at home. Little things from coffee to the shampoo and conditioners in the shower tastefully done. Owner was very responsive. Big clean driveway right up to the door made it easy to bring in suitcases. Quiet neighborhood… comfy beds… easy to sleep. 12 minute drive to Disney… super easy! Would highly recommend this place.

Great family location

The house was great for our family of 7. Super easy to talk to the property manager, she responded to questions quickly. Only thing we would have liked was there to be a broom,a mop and a plunger lol. We had to go buy a plunger and left it at the location haha.
