Main Office Lofts Building - multiple lofts

This listing is for booking multiple lofts in the main office lofts at the same time. (Real Loft Living, Courtyard Loft, Vault loft, 2 Bedroom and Panel Loft).

There are five different lofts available.
Upstairs:

E - Panel Loft: King bed in separate bedroom area
Queen pullout couch in living area

D - Real Loft: (large loft, over 4000 sq ft.) king bed in separate bedroom, has a pool table and a ton of seating areas

Downstairs

F - Courtyard Loft: king bed/studio loft

G - Vault Loft: King bed
Twin bunks

H - 2 bedroom loft with 2 king beds and a separate bunk bed area

Each of the lofts are full, private apartments with their own full have full kitchens and bathrooms.

Guests can access all the lofts, and hang out in the lofts together if desired.

Additional guests or gatherings prohibited unless previous approval is granted.

We ask that guests don’t access areas that aren’t clearly accessible..for example, the stairs to the roof, and the fire exit hallway.

We live in another (separate, private apartment) loft in the building so we are available if needed. Our loft has its own entrance to the street, we we don’t share the main door the rest of the building occupants use. Please use the hosting app to communicate.

These lofts are in the heart of downtown Lynchburg, Va, on the corner of 9th and Jefferson. The location is considered by many to be the best location to stay in Lynchburg! A few blocks from the James River, Downtown Library, art galleries, a Kids museum, the Farmer’s Market, bike trails, restaurants, coffee shops, the Lynchburg Museum, and many other attractions. Lynchburg is experiencing a major revitalization right now, and this area is one of the coolest areas in Lynchburg! There are things going on all the time..summer concerts every weekend, wine festivals, international festivals, and the bateau festival! The first Friday of every month art galleries are open for free for First Friday’s.

5 parking passes are provided for the public lot. These are only needed for weekdays during the day (8-5)

There are several other lofts (with full time tenants) and a commercial space in the building.

Additional guests or gatherings not allowed unless previous approval is granted.
Please wash and put away any used dishes and take out the trash before checking out! No parties! Previous approval required for extra visitors to hang out in the lofts. Base $100 additional cleaning fee for unapproved gatherings/parties.
