About the host
Hosted by David

We’re big city folks who moved to downtown Lynchburg with the hopes of having the same urban lifestyle, but at a lower cost of living. We love walking and biking everywhere, spend a lot of time adventuring in the outdoors with our 5 kiddos, and urban homesteading.
We’re passionate about building community, and sharing our beautiful city with travelers and helping them feel welcomed and cared for while here!

Why they chose this property
We absolutely love downtown Lynchburg for its charm, beauty, connection to the outdoors, and vibrant arts community. First Fridays is one of our favorite downtown events, and we rarely miss a play at the Academy Center of the Arts. We’re also pretty big foodies, and are biggest challenge with living downtown is choosing which restaurant to go to as there are too many options!
What makes this property unique
We’ve worked hard to keep the original character of the warehouse intact, so you’ll enjoy big open spaces, exposed closets, bedroom areas instead of closed in rooms, as we wanted the building to still feel the vibe of a warehouse. We’ve filled the spaces with real wood furniture, vintage handwoven rugs, and original one of a kind pieces of art by local artists. We don’t have a property manager managing/designing the spaces for us, but have lovingly curated each space to be beautiful and comfortable and unique. There truly isn’t a better location in all of Lynchburg!
