The place was awesome! It was cozy, very clean, has everything you need for a great stay. It is walkable to all that downtown Fenton has to offer. I would highly recommend staying here!

I really enjoyed staying in this converted garage… You wouldn’t know that it wasn’t just a nice tiny home. The next time I visit Fenton, I will stay there in a heartbeat.

Super cute and clean place

Looks just like the pics, quiet and quaint. It was very clean with a fully stocked kitchen. Parking is right in front too. Perfect for a little weekend getaway!

Wonderful property in a excellent location

This place is exactly what we were looking for! It was perfect for a long weekend getaway. Very clean, had excellent perks like ground coffee, makeup remover wipes, a water filter in the fridge, extra blankets, salt pepper and cooking spray, smart tvs in the living room and bedroom, very nice shower with soaps to use. The host was incredibly responsive and answered all my questions promptly and even checked in with us during our stay to make sure all was good. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Fenton area, downtown is walking distance which is amazing, and Holly is only a 20min drive. They also had games for us to play there. If you're looking for something reasonable that gives you all the comfort of a home, and a great location, look no further!

The place was very clean and had everything we needed. For us, the location was great. We wanted to be near downtown. The parking only had one space, so if we had company, they would have to park around the corner. Our host was great. I had a question regarding the AC unit in the bedroom and she got back to me quickly and resolved the issue. Would recommend staying at this location.
