Great neighborhood located in Evans, GA. Home is 9.2 miles from the Augusta National Golf Club. On the main level, you will find the dining area, great room, eat-in-kitchen, master bedroom suite, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a laundry room.
Master bedroom suite has a king size adjustable base bed, 55 in. flat screen smart tv and a spacious bathroom with a double vanity. Great room has an 75 in. smart tv and a comfortable leather couch and recliners. Kitchen is fully equipped!
Upstairs is a bedroom with a full bathroom.
All bedrooms have smart TV’s.
