this was a fine place to stay. It feels like a basement though, a little on the chilly/damp feeling side. But overall fine enough. Description makes it sound closer than it is for walking to things.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
The positives- nice neighborhood and excellent communications with owner. She was very responsive and gave recommendations for restaurants in the area. I felt it wasn’t super clean. The outdoor area definitely needs some tlc. We planned to use the sleeper sofa but it was full of crumbs and not at all a comfortable bed for an adult. The tv in bedroom did not work, but didn’t bother us too much as we were basically there to sleep.
