Just off of Congress and a short 5 minutes to downtown. Accommodates 6 adults very comfortably. Full kitchen and dining room to host casual meetings. Plenty of free parking and public transportation steps away.

Grab your morning coffee at Starbucks which is only one block away, enjoy famous Austin Tex Mex at Curras across the street. Meander down South Congress for some of our City's finest establishments! The Continental Club, Gueros, Vespaio and more.

Prefer to dine in? The kitchen is equipped with everything you need including cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and more!

This townhouse features a Tempurpedic-style latex queen mattress with fine linens and fluffy, down-alternative pillows. Those include Bose sound system, a 52” HDTV, Cable TV, Wireless Internet and a Blu Ray player.

The third bedroom doubles as an office with a desk and monitor. Option to keep the office and daybed combo or have the daybed pulled out to a king size bed.

The condo comes with a covered assigned parking space, and additional free parking and onsite laundry facilities.
