Located in the heart of Sarasota, our lovely three-bedroom property provides a tranquil and rejuvenating stay for our guests. The home features high-speed Wi-Fi, two central AC systems, and a spacious fenced-in backyard, ensuring privacy and security. The main bedroom has a comfortable king bed, and the guest room has a cozy queen bed. With a full over full bunk bed, the bonus room provides ample space for kids to play. The kitchen has everything you need to cook delicious family meals.

Additionally, a covered patio area is available for outdoor relaxation. The home is conveniently located less than 20 minutes from the stunning Siesta Key Beach, 10 minutes from downtown Sarasota, and 15 minutes from University Town Center Mall, and Benderson Park. Publix Supermarket and Starbucks are both located at a walkable distance. The famous Legacy Trail is also easily accessible at the end of the street for peaceful biking, jogging, and leisurely walks. March trip to Sarasota

The property was clean and very spacious. It had all the amenities needed is is in a good location. Brendan was great to work with and all communications were smooth and easy. Thanks for being a great host!
