This condominium’s location is prime...Ed Smith Stadium is next door, downtown Sarasota and the Bay is close by with lots of eateries and loads of entertainment. University Town Center is a short drive away and it features 100 specialty stores and 20 restaurants. St. Armands Circle is just over the causeway and offers an array of restaurants and unique shopping experience. The beautiful gulf beaches are just a short drive away. Lido Key, Siesta Key and Anna Maria Island. Enjoy a dip in one of the properties sparkling swimming pool after a day at the beach. One pool is designated for adults only and there is also a family pool for all the enjoy! Smoking and pets are not permitted.

Pleasant stay.

Spring Training Getaway

Nice place to stay and very close to Ed Smith Stadium which is why we were there to see the Orioles play. The only setbacks for us was the TV in one of the bedrooms wouldn't come on (not sure if the remote needed batteries) and there is a family that lives upstairs and you can hear there footsteps quite loudly throughout the day, especially the small child. Other than that very pleased with the accomodations.

Loved our stay

This condo was clean and comfortable. The location was central to places and events we visited. Happy to have two bedrooms since my husband snores loudly. Owner provided beach towels which was very nice!
