~Parking: Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles. There is no street parking available. (The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long-term parking options in their lots.)
~Minimum Age: Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
~No Furry Friends: Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
