Dog Friendly 2B/2Ba Townhome near Moab Golf Course

Enjoy the scenic views of the Moab Rim, hiking trails right outside your door, petroglyphs right up the road, a round of golf is only a two minute drive. Relax at the seasonal pool and enjoy this peaceful place!

Main level has entry, full bathroom, kitchen, dining space, living room, washer/dryer, and a private patio. Single car garage is attached. Upstairs has 2 large bedrooms with king beds, full bathroom and additional TV room with a queen sleeper sofa.

Our pool is for guests at Castillo de las Rocas - it is usually opened around Easter until end of October, but dates can vary. It is never open during the winter months.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Be sure to place all keys back in their place!

Please take out trash and recycling to dumpsters on property. Dumpsters are inside wooden corral end of parking lot.
Leave beds unmade and all used towels on floor. Always nice if you run the dishwasher. Reminder pets are not allowed on furniture.
Trailers must be parked in designated area by corral or on Westwater Drive. Please be sure to leave all keys in their place for next guest.

Great place to stay!

We visit Moab often for off roading trips. We really enjoyed this condo! It was very clean and well equipped. The location was close to town and close to a gas station. We will consider staying here again on a return visit.

Lovely condo! It included a fully stocked kitchen, a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, and a welcoming pet environment. We had every convenience of home! They even made the garage available for parking. Our favorite thing was sitting on the lovely back patio with our dog.

The house was beautiful and in a great neighborhood. Very well stocked. The tile floor needs to be cleaned, also in the living room. We never could get the upstairs TV to work. Got a message that service has been interrupted. But we were overall happy and would book again.
