Nice short term rental in convenient location. The broker was excellent and most accommodating with helping in all matters with the entire process - applications, moving in and out.

Summer Sea Rental

I would have rated everything 5 star but the highway noise all day and well into night on the apartments on the east side of the building was hard to ignore, the gulf side of the property was amazing. The apartment I rented was advertised as being on the parking lot side, I just didn't realise the Overseas Hwy 1 was so busy. Other than that, a great place, Jonelle was very helpful with any request and the other residents very friendly and helpful with local info.

Hi Richard, So glad that you enjoyed your stay! Yes, this apartment is over the parking lot and if you leave the doors open, can be noisy... Sorry that you found that distracting.
