Brand New Designer Townhome in the Middle of Town

Enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay in this brand new modern design townhome in the center of Lafayette. Three ultra comfortable bedrooms (each with king sized beds), a relaxing living space and a fully loaded kitchen ready for the daring inner chef to prepare some world famous Cajun cuisine. Two workspace locations connected to strong and reliable fiber optic wifi service. Private garage with two additional private parking spaces. Perfect location minutes from everything you need.

Living Spaces:
A spacious and inviting living area with an open floor plan and plenty of natural light to create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
A 65 inch HD smart TV along with some of our favorite board games to keep you entertained.

Kitchen:
Modern kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and refrigerator.
Fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and basic pantry items.
We have also included a Cajun cookbook and some local seasonings for those daring chefs wanting to learn our world famous Cajun cuisine.

Bedrooms:
All bedrooms include high-quality mattresses and bedding for a comfortable night's sleep. Ample closet space and storage for guests to unpack and feel at home. Bedrooms each include 60 inch HD smart TVs.
Master suite with king bed and private bath with walk in closet is located downstairs.
Two bedrooms, one king bed and one queen bed, each sharing a bathroom and are located upstairs.

Bathrooms:
Designer selected fixtures, beautiful granite countertops and essential toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and towels are all provided.

Technology and Entertainment:
High-Speed Fiber optic Wi-Fi is provided to ensure a reliable internet connection.
Smart TVs in every room with streaming services for entertainment.

Outdoor Space:
Rear patio with quaint outdoor furniture for a relaxing evening

Safety and Security:
Smoke Detectors and Carbon Monoxide Alarms throughout.
Secure passcode entry and exterior front door camera.
Private, single car garage with passcode access

Laundry Facilities:
Brand new, in-unit washer and dryer provided along with necessary laundry cleaning supplies.

We own and operate a professional property management company and are available to you 24/7 in case of any emergency.

We stayed here for a family wedding, and this place ended up being one of the easiest, most stress-free parts of the whole trip.This is one of those properties that actually delivers on what the listing promises—which isn’t always the case.From the second we walked in, you could tell this wasn’t thrown together as a rental. It’s clean, well-designed, and clearly thought through. The three king bedrooms are a big deal—not just a bullet point. Everyone had real space, slept comfortably, and didn’t feel like they got stuck with the “backup” room—which matters when you’re traveling with family.The layout works. Open, bright, and easy to gather without feeling cramped. Perfect for getting ready, regrouping between events, or just relaxing at the end of the day. Kitchen is fully dialed in, Wi-Fi is strong, TVs everywhere—everything just works.The location was especially great. It was close to everything—restaurants, stores, the wedding venue, and even family homes—while still being quiet, clean, and easy to get in and out of. Great place to get away or use for a concert if you’re from out of town

The property was great close to the store. It was right next to the Cajun Dome, which is where we went to go see a concert even though we live in the area we wanted to be easier so we rented this place and a car service so after The concert we were minutes away from the house and had all our provisions food, dinners, and what not An ice box after the concert ready to go the place is very clean and very well. Kept the staff very well. I highly recommend this place.

First let me start with the beds were so comfortable, rarely does it happen that everyone is pleased with the beds!The place was beautiful, comfortable, clean and safe. We had quick access to everything Lafayette. The host was amazing, quick to respond through emails, excellent to deal with from booking to checkout. I absolutely recommend this rental property.
