Welcome to "Mother of Pearl", our luxurious family vacation home! This 2-story, 2100 sq ft home is perfect for families and groups. Enjoy a private heated pool, chaise lounges and a dining table, all just a 6-minute walk to the beach.
The house features 2 master bedrooms, smart TVs, and comfortable Casper mattresses in all bedrooms.
Located close to both 30A and Pier Park, which offers plenty of dining and shopping options. We do not charge any cleaning fees. The minimum renting age is 25.
The space
You'll love the private heated pool, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The pool area is equipped with chaise lounges and a dining table, perfect for al fresco meals. And speaking of the beach, it's just a quick 6-minute walk away!
The house features two master bedrooms, one on the main floor and one on the second floor, offering plenty of privacy for everyone. All bedrooms have large smart TVs!
Comfort is key at our beach house and that's why we've outfitted all beds with Casper mattresses, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also provide ultra-fast internet speeds and reliable wifi throughout the house.
The location of our beach house can't be beat. It's just a short distance from both 30A and Pier Park, offering plenty of dining and shopping options.
The kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining, with quartzite countertops and a large island. And for outdoor cooking, we've provided a charcoal grill for your use.
We have also added keyless entry and unique codes for each guest to ensure easy check-in and out process. The code will be deleted after check-out for maximum security.
For our environmentally conscious guests, we've installed a NEMA 14-50 receptacle for EV charging, making it easy to charge your electric vehicle.

Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is a great location and a perfect getaway. It is less crowded but still close to all activities in 30A and PCB.
What makes this property unique
It is spacious and can host a good number of people. The heated pool makes it enjoyable year-round.
