My husband and I live in West Ocean City with our family. We love living at the beach and hosting guests in our beach houses: Point Break (4 BR 90th st) and Orange and Blue Crush (5BR & 3BR on 120th st). We love everything that Ocean City has to offer and there is so much to do and see.
Why they chose this property
Point Break is privately tucked away on a 5,000 square foot lot with a private gated fence and backyard oasis of family fun. It's steps away from the beach, walking distance to the best restaurants, Liquid Assets, Lombardi's Pizza and Bull on the Beach. The street is quiet with plenty of private and public parking for all your friends and family.
What makes this property unique
Point Break is the only 4 bedroom, single family beach house, with a private in ground heated pool in all of Ocean City. This property is extremely unique. Completely remodeled in 2023. This property is a brand NEW listing and we're excited to host you and your family during your family vacation.
