Tropical Villa Ideal for Family Gatherings

Our stylish and modern luxury villa is located on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic. It is embedded in the lush hills of Sosua and Cabarete overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and it is just a hop skip and jump away from the attractive party town in Sosua the perfect party spot in the area.

Our Villa:
Our modern Mediterranean-style villa is a real eye-catcher. All 6 bedrooms have beautiful ocean or garden views, King/Queen pillow top mattresses, air conditioning, high ceilings, and safety-boxes. Each guest from child to adult gets to lounge around around in monogrammed robes and each guest receive courtesy bedroom slippers.

Upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms each with Smart TVs Technology.

The balconies and main terrace give you a beautiful view of the ocean. It's furnished with custom rocking chairs to take in the morning views or benefit from the cool breeze.
From the top floor you can look directly into the big living room and entertainment room on the ground floor. The living room looks fantastic with its high ceiling. From there you have a beautiful view on the terrace and the magnificent 45 feet tiled pool with outside jacuzzi.

The villa also features a large gourmet style user friendly kitchen and elegant dining room with. The kitchen has everything you need. From serving dishes to for your dining pleasure to all the appliances of home. Downstairs are 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
For a quiet and relaxing evening, you can lie back in your own cozy entertainment room and watch your favorite program on a 60 inch Smart TV Technology. The large and spacious terrace provides space for a comfortable seating area and an incredible outdoor dining experience.

The outdoor sound system and stylish lighting provides for a perfect BBQ.

Come and enjoy the new chill out lounge with hammocks, or just hang around the pool and enjoy the caribbean sunset.

For our business men or friends that can't be without their social media, we provide free high speed internet (WIFI). We also have cellular phones available. Should the electrical power fail which happens at times, we have our own automatic generator for essentials. but often recommend a beach trip or pool lounging when this occurs.

If your group grows (and it will) the additional cost will be $95, per room, per night. Airport transportation, (STI & POP) All-day transportation & Translation services are available. Private Chef service is also based on the size of your group, with service starting at $100.00 per day. You pick the time the Menu number of meals and buy the food or give the money for the Chef to buy.

Add: ☆4 rooms. We note that 4 rooms are the minimum but on some Holiday weekends, and events (Super Bowl, Halloween, independence day... numbers may be increased and it will be reflected in the base booking fee. For clarification or return guest discount please messages us.

James the owner was available and helpful. Miguel the property manager was at hand for anything. The chef service was brilliant as he had suggestions and cooked some meals better than the restaurants! Security here was tight but polite.

A great house located just minutes away from everything. The house was more than accommodating for our party of 6. Overall, getting to the house and checking in was straightforward and simple. The highlight of our stay, and what really made the trip enjoyable were the staff, and more specifically the cook Dayana! Her authentic and delicious food was superb. She made every effort to make sure that we were taken care of throughout our stay. The house was cleaned everyday, which was a huge help considering that most of our nights went way into the wee hours! I highly recommend this house to any who has a large group and want to chill and have a great time.

Omg I swear I never been to a place so beautiful and clean like this one , amazing staff so respectful, never doubt to stay here . There were no flaws I keep speak of , the chef was amazing omgggggggg I love you Dayana she’s amazing , never misses a meal she is the Bomb , we were amazed with her food and her dope relationship with us we ended up all calling her mom after. Such a dope women inside out. Place was always clean , music was perfect everything as described. If I were to ever stay in Sousa again this would definitely be my GO TOO FOR SURE ! thanks for the stay you guys , you made my birthday trip so beautiful , Dayana even got us cake and made ballons for our birthdays that we were celebrating. Everything we needed all we had to do was ask. Like I said she never missed !

Our stay was great! The rooms were nice and clean and staff was super helpful. We had a great time staying there. There are a few negatives noted below but they did not affect our overall view of the property rating and our stay. -The wifi does not work so good in the property. The only place we had good connection was in the main living room, not in any of the rooms. We were told by staff that it was the best they can get it. -There are minor property upkeep things that the property management can address, such as exposed wires in some places and on certain light switches. Minor easy fixes. -The Central living area and kitchen does not have A/C, only the rooms. This was brutal a bit as it was really hot, but we were told alot of properties are like this. Its sort of what the common folks in the DR are used to I guess. We just kept windows and sliding doors open to help keep us cooler when not in the rooms. Despite these negatives the stay and experience was worth the money. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you James & Villa De La Fiesta team!

Bad Business

Reached out to the host James Little a few days after booking via email, left a voicemail, all to inform him I wasn't getting a response from the check in/driver and Party guy. He never responded after multiple attempts. We came a day earlier than my scheduled check-in date and the owner of the villa we rented for one day new the host we were to be in contact with and reached out to him and put me in contact. Turns out James gave me the wrong number for the check in/host guy. The day of our reservation came and we were told we booked a different villa. I explained and showed him proof of the exact villa we paid for via VRBO. He offer to put us in a bigger villa but we were only allowed to used 5 bedrooms. I explained I would prefer the villa we paid for. I was called back and told that the villa we paid for had a plumbing issue that erupted suddenly and all the bathrooms were covered in feces and he would find us other accommodations. We were basically handed over to a different villa ownerin a different area spur of the moment whose villa was a lot smaller and different. This owner was absolutely great!!! His energy, willingness to help us in any way was priceless. And later after hanging out in the bar we ran into some guys from the US and found out they were staying in the villa we initially reserved and paid for. And at that moment it made sense as to why the initial contact/host never responded to me,& the check in/driver guy lied about the plumbing,& sent us elsewhere.

Had a great experience at this location. The owner was amazing, the chef Diana was amazing and Miguel our driver really took care of my group. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very accommodating and made sure we had a great time. Definitely would recommend staying here if are looking to have a great time in Sosua. You will not be disappointed.

First time staying here and what a fantastic experience. Property owners are great people and very easy to work with. They are also very responsive. We added the chef services and vehicle services and both were great as well. Diana is quite the chef! Have her cook you the lobster thermidor. Our driver always made sure we had what we needed when we needed it. He was with us 24/7 and tended to all of our needs. Overall a fantastic stay and we will definitely be back very soon! Thank you to the property owners and all the staff who made the experience such a memorable one!

Great trip to Sosua!

We planned a group trip for six couples and were very excited to find a property large enough to accommodate us. We arrived on the Saturday before Easter so it was quite a busy time. We arranged for pick up at the airport and were greeted by very friendly drivers. Due to the holiday, our drivers were not the usual ones and were not familiar with the development, so it took a bit of time for them to locate the house within the development. Despite that delay, we were very pleased when we arrived. The house is large and lovely, with quite enough space for everyone. We were immediately greeted by the lovely Dayana, who was already busy in the kitchen preparing lunch for us!! The aroma was amazing. What a pleasant and welcoming surprise!! She was most gracious and hospitable and her food was absolutely delicious! Taking advantage of the chef service was the BEST decision we made!! We loved Dayana and enjoyed every meal she prepared. She took such good care of us the entire time, we wanted to bring her home with us! Every meal was prepared and presented to perfection. Each day, everything was thoroughly cleaned as well. The master bathroom bathtub looks like it could use some repair, but we hadn't planned to use it. We did experience a power outage on the second day and although we weren't too concerned about the air conditioning, the cooling units on one side of the house needed to be reset and were beeping all night long, resulting in a sleepless night for all. Once that was rectified, we were able to return to enjoying the trip and sleeping comfortably. We were also unable to connect to the Wi-fi consistently nor watch any television, as the cable service was not functioning. Although it was inconvenient at times, we managed to entertain ourselves and relax by the pool happily. Other than that, we all enjoyed the house, the pool, the amazing meals and the comfortable, secure surroundings. When we did venture out, the transportation service was convenient as well, as Big Will was easy to contact and his drivers were both friendly and courteous. Overall, we had a great trip and enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!!

Why they chose this property

Sousa/Cabarete boasts friendly and interesting people. The island is filled with lots of different cultures. Not to mention it's breathtaking beauty. Cabarete is known for wind surfing and on any given day you can sit on the beach and enjoy all the wind/kite surfers. Sosua is known for it's party atmosphere and also has great beaches. The food in both Cabarete and Sosua is absolutely delicious.

What makes this property unique

The Villa is within 10 minutes of everything Sousa/Cabarete. In October 2014 we went through a huge upgrade. We now provide robes and courtesy bedroom slippers. The robes are there for your use and available for purchase. They feature our logo monogrammed and come in an array of colors for men, women and children. We've also upgraded our pool lounging chairs to feature umbrellas and our personalized logo. We've also added rocking chairs for lounging on your bedroom balcony, which is one of my favorite features. Each guest receives a welcome gift bag and complimentary welcome drinks. For me the most unique thing about it is, it's located in the hills and features great privacy. Although you're 10 minutes away from everything, this property is it's own sanctuary. It sits on it's own land therefore you can really have as much privacy as you want. The pool is spectacular and runs on solar power. The bird cage display is also beautiful. The newly created hammock lounge is very relaxing.
