The second floor features two additional guest bedrooms with vaulted ship-lap ceilings which share a hallway bathroom. The lower level offers a large family/media room with a wet bar, another full bath, exercise room (with bonus murphy king bed) and another ensuite bedroom. The pool deck is surrounded by native stone retaining walls, luxurious seating for lounging, a gas fire pit to extend your evenings, and of course a Cape Cod staple... outdoor shower.
Adjacent to the main house is an adorable two bedroom cottage with a great room a first floor eat-in kitchen and living room. Above yields two well appointed guest rooms each with their own baths and a second floor stackable laundry in the hallway closet.
