Good location for property but not maintained as should have been. No air conditioning in public areas answer from office was run a/c in bedrooms and open doors. There was a good breeze to open out side doors and windows but no screens on either. There was small bugs and roaches in kitchen and other places .office sent out someone to help but didn’t help much. Grounds were nicely maintained but with chickens and pigeons all over it was hard to do. We enjoyed the pool and the porch’s at the house the rental company was easy to work with

We put a lot of care into our listing details so guests know just what to expect, including how the air conditioning is set up for the home. In homes like this one, with soaring open ceilings, the cooling is focused in the sleeping areas while the living spaces stay comfortable on the natural island breeze. The property is also mid-renovation, and we've got active work underway on the grounds to keep the local birdlife at a comfortable distance, so it will only keep getting better.
