Sunset Beach Palace really went above and beyond for your family, Marykate! All those extras — from toiletries to beach chairs and even a blow-up mattress — clearly made the stay that much smoother, and having room for everyone plus garage parking and easy access to Caddy's rounded it out perfectly. So glad it ranks among your best stays — we'd love to host your family again next year!

We'd like to clarify a few points for future guests: Pool & hot tub: Both are fully operational. Heating for the pool and spa needs to be requested before arrival, since it takes time to reach temperature. We received your request mid-stay and turned the heat on as soon as we were notified. We're sorry for the wait. • Blinds: Thank you for pointing this out. We're replacing the electronic blinds with blackout curtains for a better guest experience. • TVs: All TVs are in working order, and each one has a user manual in the home. Our team is always just a call or message away if anything is unclear during a stay. • Location: The home is in a lively beachfront area, and nearby venues are outside our control. We appreciate you mentioning it so future guests know what to expect. We hope to welcome you back to the beach soon!
