Property owner was very responsive to questions before & during the stay. Beds were very comfortable & bedrooms spacious. It’s a pet friendly property with fully fenced backyard which was great for the golden doodle we had with us! Plenty of room downstairs to spread out - upstairs living room is small but extra folding chairs from downstairs were very helpful. Kitchen is good size. Property also has washer & dryer & use of the garage.

Great stay in Wichita

This property was exactly what was advertised. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. We arrived late and it was so easy to get in and get settled. The beds were comfortable and everyone had space to spread out. Great place to stay and close to the activities we were there for

Nice stay

Communication with property manager was very good. Found everything at the home as advertised. Could only find 1 extra tp roll for the 2 bathrooms other that what was already in the bathrooms.

Well equipped and comfortable home

This house has been renovated nicely. Bathrooms and bedrooms are great. Lots of amenities for comfort. The one downside is that there is a cigarette smell. The host had an excessive number of plug ins to try to mask the smell but it just made it worse. We had to put them outside because the smell was so overwhelming. Someone was waiting outside for us to check out, which was weird.

Thanks for staying with us. We were not aware of the cigarette smell but have now treated the house. I let our cleaner know to turn down the plug-ins and to take some down. The person outside was my cleaning lady. She showed up 5-10 minutes before check out. She thought it was empty because the vehicle was parked in the garage. I apologize for that. Thank you for staying with us.
