Check in: 4PM - We do not guarantee an early check in request will be granted because we need to give the housekeepers time to ready the units for check-in, however, should your unit be ready early, we will notify you from this number that you can check-in. No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm.

Check out: 10AM - We do not accommodate late check outs.

Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter, or once the initial supply is used.

Great condo, but certain expectations that were set were not met

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo and grounds were amazing and met expectations. Issues were: old, lumpy pillows even after blood stained ones were replaced. Outdated TV's. Filthy floors that left feet dirty after walking on for first 30 minutes there. Was told would have per person starter toiletries, there were none, along with having to purchase detergent and garbage bags - things that normally are always provided at minimum at monthly rentals we have been to. Back sliding door did not properly lock and was only secure if used wood stick in bottom, never told about had to realize it midway through month. Could also use update on couch/chair. Maintenance man was an amazing help and really provided the best customer service. Location cannot be beat, and pool area was amazing.

We’ve rented different homes and condos in Key West for ten years. NO, property or mgmt co. Has met a five star rating in that time, or even came close. Clean, is an understatement. Both bathrooms were spotless (you just don’t find that in the Keys). No “condo” smell. Everything worked. Looks like the furniture has been there since the condo was built. All clean and in great shape. Tiny bit small for two couples for an entire month. Excellent for us. The pool, hot tub and grounds are beautiful. Best location we’ve ever had. Walk out of the complex and you’re where you want to be. Walk anywhere! Great staff at KW Vacation Properties. Good communication and very helpful. Would we use KWVP&R again? Absolutely! Would we stay in this condo or Banyon Court complex again? Is that a serious question? Does Key West have roosters? (Certainly!) Thanks for a great stay!

The walking proximity to Mallory Square, viewing the cruise ships, short walk to the harbor, close to awesome restaurants/bars on Duval Street was perfect. Pool and spa were nice. The unit is great, although a few improvements could be made soon... new sofa, new TV's and new washer/dryer. We would definitely recommend if those improvements were made.

The furniture is old and the floors need a deep clean. It’s in a great spot to walk to everything in the heart of old town. Hoping it gets some attention before next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay at the condo was okay. It was a great location about a 5-minute walk from Front and Greene streets. The only down side was the noise from ship horns and music from Hanks bar. The Condo was fairly clean but maybe slightly dated. The pool was average but could have been cleaned more often. We ended up cleaning it at least 4 times. The hot tub seemed to be too hot so we did not use it much. I did contact the manager about a few non critical issues which they took care of promptly. The view from the balcony was a dumpster (which was used all day) in the property behind the unit. Off street parking was great but it was not in front of the unit. Parking for a second car if you have guests was not so good, $60 a night at the ramp across the street from the condo. We did find an open lot on Southard Street for $15 a night and had 2 different guests use it with no problems. It was about a 15-minute walk from the condo however.

We have only two small suggestions - 1) add a few more pots and pans in the kitchen 2) add an optional light cotton blanket in each bedroom for those who like more weight on their covers when sleeping.

The cleaning crew must have taken the rest of the toilet paper rolls off when cleaning because there wasn’t even a square of toilet tissue. Management did leave us a roll of paper towels and a sponge which was appreciated. There is a screen in one of the bedrooms which was broken. Other than that we would rent again as we have for the past 3 years.

The location of this property is amazing with it being a block from Mallory Square. The unit is always clean with plenty of towels and extra sheets. The pool is located in the sun so you can enjoy it but there are parts that are shaded so it’s the best of both worlds. We thoroughly enjoy our stay there every year.
