Our 2 bedroom penthouse in the heart of downtown is a great place for you to spend a weekend at the Honky Tonks or a week at a convention. The building is BRAND NEW & beautiful. We have a heated pool that is open year round, a game room w/ a pool table & poker table among others. Massive big screens for watching the games & a state of the art gym. You can walk to anything & everything downtown!
We offer a 2-bedroom 2 full bath apartment.
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed with full ensuite bath.
Bedroom #2 has a king bed that can break down into 4 twins (2 twin trundles) for larger parties.
There is a second full bathroom right outside of Bedroom #2.
The living room features a HUGE sectional that is able to convert into a queen-size sleeping arrangement for additional sleeping.
The full kitchen that is stocked with all of the essentials you should need, from cookware/glassware to a combo coffee maker!
Our private patio offers one of the best sunsets you will ever see in Nashville with an AMAZING city view!
You will have access to the entire unit and all amenities that our building has to offer! Which includes a heated pool, BBQ pits, a gym, and cycling classes.
We will not be on the property but are local and available at any time!
We are located right in the heart of Sobro district in downtown Nashville. You are a short walk to everything!
You should be able to walk almost anywhere you would like to go. If you choose you can get a lyft/uber or grab a scooter to get around at anytime!

Great Place to Stay to Visit Downtown Nashville

We enjoyed a few days at this property with a Penthouse view! The condo itself was beautiful inside with everything you need. Having a pool on the property was an extra bonus. We also appreciated the easy check out with minimal effort on our part. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to be close to downtown Nashville.

Birthday

My family went for my daughter’s 21st birthday celebration. Unit was as described with a beautiful view of the city. Great location for walking to Broadway. Owner was extremely accommodating for our unplanned early arrival. The only thing I might mention is, it has two twins with two trundles in one room. We only pulled one trundle out and it looks like it would be extremely tight to use the second one at the same time. We would definitely stay here again.
