A Beautiful Space But We Encountered Issues
Unit has a great view, spacious & has lots of clean towels & sheets. Parking, WiFi, and front desk reception great. Many other issues though: Check-in was not smooth.The Latch App invitation did not come in advance as stated. Came the day of check in. When it did come, it was incomplete and only gave access to the unit, not lobby, garage or elevator. We were stuck outside at 5 a.m. trying to get in. Beware, on our first day, we got locked in the bedroom. Pocket door latch is glitchy and got stuck locked for 1/2 hour until we worked it loose. Don't let kids in the bedroom who can accidentally lock it. The Unit has two bathrooms but you are given 2 tiny bars of soap for the whole place. We got more from a different management company. I noticed we would have been charged if we had asked for more. We were also charged over $100 for additional people even though the condo sleeps 5 and that's exactly how many people we had in our party. Also, late check out, if you can get it, costs over $200 more. Our flight was delayed and we were desperate so I asked about it the night before and finally had to call that morning because it was "pending." Was not able to get it. Finally, the neighborhood is iffy on one side. Not a deal breaker, just be cautious or drive everywhere.

Beautiful condo with a great city scape view. Walking distance to almost everything. Just beware that the second bedroom is a bunk bed & there is no hot tub as listed in the amenities. Using LATCH was great as well as the secure covered parking. Nashville itself was great!

• Weddings, events, and photo/video shoots are not permitted at our home unless otherwise permitted by GoodNight Stay
• All reservations cannot begin or end on a Saturday unless the previous Friday or following Sunday is already booked
• Standard check-in time is after 4 pm, and check-out time is 11 am.
• Same-day bookings after 10 am will not be accepted or honored.
• Pool and/or spa heat fee, if available, is $75-$300 a day (5 days' notice and pre-payment required)
• Noise level must be kept to a minimum after 10 pm; please see further details in section 6 of this
agreement.
• No smoking, vaping, or chewing tobacco products is permitted on the premises
• If this home allows pets: $100 non-refundable fee per pet under 35 pounds; please see listing details.
• Exceeding the number of guests on lease is unacceptable and will result in eviction
• One complimentary air mattress is available upon request; three additional air mattresses are available for $50 each
• Pack n' Play and highchair available for $25 each

• No signs or decorations of any kind on the exterior or interior of the home

1. City noise ordinance: The Rental Property is in a quiet residential neighborhood. The city has a strict noise ordinance. No loud noises, music, or loud vehicles are allowed between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Guests agree not to undertake any activities that interfere with their neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their property. Guests agree to fully comply with local noise regulations and to use common sense in keeping the noise volume low after dark. Any enforcement actions by local law enforcement and/or homeowners association are at the Guests' sole risk and expense. If we receive information about excessive noise, GoodNight Stay has the right to evict the guest and all occupants immediately and charge the guest $1,500 with no refund for the balance of the remaining reservation. Guest's family and guests shall always maintain order in the Premises and at all places on the Premises and shall not make or permit any loud or improper noises or otherwise disturb other residents. Noise level must be kept to a minimum after 10 pm; some daytime hours may apply to this rule. Guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor shall Guest use the Premises for any immoral, offensive, or
