Riverfront Condo has been newly renovated to give you THE perfect Nashville experience. Put your feet up, watch TV on the reclaimed wood wall in the living room. Whether you're here to kick your boots up and party on Broadway or relax listening to the sound of the river, this is the PERFECT place for you!

This Riverfront Condo will comfortably sleep Six - Eight people. The master has a large king bed, the guest room has a queen bed, and the living room has both a Queen Murphy bed and a pullout Sofa. EVERYTHING in this unit is new to provide you with the most comfortable stay in Music City.

While walking to Broadway is easy, the weather may not always cooperate, so an Uber drive is only $5-$7 . Visit Acme Feed and Seed's rooftop bar, walk down to the famous Tootsies, or watch the Nashville Predators or Tennessee Titans both within walking distance.

Good weekend stay

Our family of three adults stayed for a weekend wedding trip. It was perfect for a place to stay while attending festivities, as we just need a place to rest our heads. It was a quiet neighborhood and the beds were comfortable.

Great get away

A little far from Broadway and attractions to make too many walking trips, but we were able to find parking and use Uber. Sitting on the balcony and looking at the river was super relaxing and very private ( no neighbors/other balconies are visible). We enjoyed our stay!

Cute little place with fans :-)

We stayed here for a BFF overnight on our way to the Smokies and it was very comfortable. We especially like the assortment of fans, as we all sleep with one. The king bed was very comfortable. And the view of the river was great.

We brought grandsons to Nashville for an ELO concert. Loved sitting on condo balcony. Got great exercise with downtown just a mile away we parked the car at condo and walked .eeverywhere.

Host was wonderful, set up entry, answered emails, accommodated early entry, etc.Parking was available and easy access.Location is close to downtown and if younger and a party crowd, would be great. We are older and were going to a wedding as well as checking out Nashville and would not have walked to town - didn't feel completely safe.Some furniture needs updating - 2nd bedroom bed and couch in living room...lighting not good - lamp in 2nd bedroom wasn't working. Plug outlets falling off wall and plugs would not stay in the wall - loose. Could definitely use a better cleaning service. Floor sticky and balcony had cob webs and lots of bugs. If I could have found a broom, I would have used it. Loved sitting out on the balcony and watching the boats go by, but would have been better if cleaned.Had coffee maker and coffee available - loved that.All in all, pretty good.

Sisters Trip

My sisters and I came to celebrate my birthday and it was wonderful! The property was very clean and comfortable. Views of the river were lovely. The only issue we had is the second bedroom has a light right outside the window and so the room never got completely dark. Otherwise exceptional trip!

Had business in Nashville and turned it into pleasure. Really enjoyed being on the water. Morning coffee on balcony and watching your local ground hog enjoy his environment. Covered parking was a bonus.

Very comfortable property. Great location, easy to access downtown by walking (20-25 min) or quick Uber. Good selection of kpods, thank you. Great tv for evening movies. WiFi accommodated zoom conferences. Would stay here again.

Don’t be fooled by the outside

The ouside looks a little bit like a commercial space or jail but the inside was very nice. There were more beds than listed and all were very comfortable. It had every thing 5 women would need. Our only complaints were some outlets didn’t seem to work and the bathtub drained slowly.

Nice location and small but comfortable place

We enjoyed this condo as 2 couples visiting Nashville for a long weekend - location was great, we walked to the Music Hall of Fame and the trolley stop and took short Uber rides to and from Broadway, plenty of parking, and a nice view of the river. You will hear the train through the night so earplugs may be necessary if you are a light sleeper. The place is small, but adequate for 4 people and was clean and well stocked, even some games to play. The king bed was quite comfortable (can't speak for the Queen). Would have liked an extra hand towel or 2, but they did supply paper towels and plenty of toilet paper, soap and shampoo/conditioner which is nice for a VRBO. Host was super responsive and nice. Overall a great spot to explore Nashville!

There is always something to do in and around Downtown Nashville -- concerts, Titans, Predators, Sounds, conventions, museums, festivals. We love our Music City and can't wait to share it with you!
