The property has an incredible view from the balcony and living room! Nicely updated interior, all you could ask for after a day of playing in The Fleming Tournament. The tennis tournament is amazingly and the tennis facilities are some of the best you could ever play on. That's why we come back time and time again!

The villa is very clean and comfortable. Can’t beat the location right on the beach with sunsets!We were disappointed that there were no extra pillows or blankets. My husband went to the couch a couple nights and had no cover to use

Perfect little villa

I am thoroughly impressed by this condo/villa! Me and my husband booked this place slightly last minute about 3 weeks out for a weekend anniversary trip. We both fell in love with the area and the rental! The place was very clean and I have pretty high standards for cleanliness! The location was amazing with beautiful views of the water; the patio area is the perfect place to watch the sunset!! Also the boardwalk to the beach was super close! I was sad to leave but it definitely secured our future visits to this wonderful location and rental property! I have no complaints, thank you for a wonderful stay!!

The place was so clean and very nice!I loved how close the boardwalk was to the condo as well as being right there on the water which was so pretty whether you were on the beach or inside on a rainy day.I would definitely rent again,

The condo was beautifully updated. The location was perfect. With a covered back deck, we could sit out and look at the ocean, whether it was raining or not. It was very relaxing.
