Why they chose this property

Sconset is a unique and quaint place with a charming center of town and beautiful homes. There is a beautiful bluff walk that goes along the ocean front. This is an excellent place to bike around. With a speed limit of only 20 mph, Sconset is terrific for children and has a sizeable playground overlooking the ocean.
