This walk-to-beach location is unique for its ocean front clubhouse, “Beach House by the Cajun Chicks” is a full-service cafe with bar & pool. You don't have to walk back to your accommodation to get a drink or bite to eat, use the restroom, get the kids cleaned up or just take a break off the sand. Everything you need is right here on the beach!

The Space
- Bedroom 1 has a king bed & folding mini crib, private balcony overlooking the lagoon and a partial ocean view.
- Bedroom 2 has two queen beds, so nobody gets stuck on a sofa bed!
- Full bathroom features tub & shower with plenty of supplies for your stay, including high quality, eco-friendly bath products. Baby bath available for use
- Main floor features half bath and open concept living space, dining area and fully equipped kitchen featuring a coffee bar, gas range & ice maker. A highchair is available for your use.
- Full laundry room accessible from the patio provides eco-friendly detergent sheets so you can wash clothes or provided linens on those longer stays.

House Rules
• No smoking or vaping, smoke odor remediation incurs a minimum $250 fee
• The booking party of age 21 or older must stay at the property each night of the stay, guest is responsible for any fees resulting from minimum age violations, minimum age violation may be cause for termination of the rental
• Parking is only provided for 2 vehicles in the spots designated for the unit, parking elsewhere subjects your vehicle to be towed at your expense
• Resort quiet time is 7pm-11am, guest is liable for any fees resulting from noise violations
• Parties and events are prohibited in the resort, the unit has a max occupancy of 6 people at any time, guest is responsible for any fees resulting from occupancy violations, occupancy violation may be cause for termination of the rental
• Additional guests not included on your reservation are not permitted to stay overnight. Additional guests may incur an extra fee per night or may be cause for termination of the rental
• Please refrain from eating and drinking in the beds • No swimming in or otherwise entering the canal, guest accepts liability and agrees to hold host harmless for any injury resulting from unauthorized use of the canal.
• Please treat our place with respect, we are a family home, not a hotel
• Travel insurance is strongly advised, we are not able to issue refunds outside the cancellation policy unless under mandatory evacuation
• availability of resort amenities or extra supplies in the unit are not guaranteed
• upon check out we just ask that you take out the trash, hang wet towels & run the dishwasher

Pet policy
Up to 2 dogs under 25lbs are allowed with $150 pet fee. If your dog is over the weight limit but meets other requirements please send an inquiry
Pet fee does not cover damage or additional cleaning incurred by pets which would be subject to an additional charge
Dogs must be :
- house trained
- up to date on rabies vaccination
- treated for fleas & ticks
- kept off furniture
- leashed when outside
- walked outdoors for bathroom needs, no puppy pads, please clean up after your dog promptly, pet waste stations are located around the resort

Beach gear guidelines
1. Gear supplied may not exactly match listing photos.
2. Please pull beach wagon around the unit rather than taking it through the house if possible.
3. Guest assumes all liability for beach gear use while not on host property.
4. Guests are responsible for returning items after each outing. Anything left on beach overnight is discarded by beach patrol.
5. Before checkout please ensure supplies are left in the condition and location you found them.
