All accommodations involve stairs getting into the units. *No Elevator* This unit has 18 stairs for access. Each unit is individually decorated reflecting the preferences of the private owner. *All efforts will be made to honor the selected accommodation; however, circumstances may require an alternative unit assignment at check-in*

Adequate property/bait and switch by VRBO

The property, in and of itself, was satisfactory. My issue is with VRBO. When I was doing a search of available properties, the VRBO website identified the specific locations of these properties within the Wintergreen Mountain Inn. Or so I thought. I selected a property specifically because it was identified by the website as being in a particular part of the building. Upon checking in, it turns out the property was on the complete opposite end of the building, near where a trash compactor was located and where deliveries were made. Suffice it to say, it was loud. It made for a less than enjoyable stay.
