Key Colony Point is an exclusive, private oceanfront condominium complex with 31 units on over 3 acres. Reflective of its name, Key Colony Point is on a point with both southern and western shorelines. All vacation renters enjoy use of the landscaped grounds, including an oceanfront pool and hot tub, fishing pier, small swimming beach, sports court, and two areas for grilling.
All of Key Colony Point's vacation rentals are privately owned and are rented through our dedicated onsite vacation rental office. Amenities are reserved for owners and guests staying on the property. All of our units come fully stocked with bedding, bath towels, beach towels, etc, and full kitchens. We generally rent Saturday to Saturday, all units have a max occupancy of 4-6 people depending on the unit. We do not allow pets.
