Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a king bed and flat-screen TV, while a second bedroom and full hallway bath provide additional space for family or guests. On the main floor, you'll find a third bedroom with a king bed and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright dining area that opens to a spacious living room with a mounted TV.

Step outside through the sliding doors to your private furnished deck with a gas grill, perfect for outdoor dining while enjoying the serene view of manicured lawns.

Guests have access to Ocean Edge's exclusive amenities, including association pool (#9), tennis courts, and Beach #2 privileges—ideal for making lasting Cape Cod memories.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.

Your stay includes up to $597 per week in complimentary activities (subject to season and valid for stays up to 27 nights or less). By booking with us, you'll receive free tickets—every day of your stay—to top activities, including:
