Welcome to this inviting Susanna Village patio home—perfect for a relaxing Cape Cod getaway. Featuring central A/C, two bedrooms plus an open loft, and a remodeled kitchen, this well-appointed retreat offers comfort and style throughout.

The main-floor primary bedroom includes a queen bed and a private en-suite bath. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, while the open loft, accessed by a spiral staircase, provides two additional twin beds and a TV with DVD/VCR—ideal for kids or extra guests.

The fully equipped kitchen opens to a bright dining area with seating for six. Unwind in the cozy living room with a flat-screen TV and DVD/VCR, or step outside through sliding doors to the private patio, complete with outdoor dining and a gas grill—perfect for summer meals.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.

Pool passes are NOT included in your stay and must be purchased separately. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club manages the distribution, fees, and operations of all amenities, which are subject to change without notice.
