This bright Billington Village condo is nautically decorated with high lofted ceilings throughout and features a remodeled kitchen, two bedrooms, and lofted second bedroom. On the first level, the primary bedroom offers a comfortable king-sized bed, flat screen TV, A/C, and a full bath. A second bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, flat screen TV and A/C, with a nearby full bath in the hallway. The bright remodeled kitchen features stainless steel appliances and includes all the kitchen amenities of home. The dining room is fully furnished with seating for six, leading to the living room complete with comfortable seating, large flat screen TV, and A/C. Glass sliding doors from the living room lead out to a furnished outdoor patio with outdoor grill. The second level features the open loft bedroom twin bunk beds and a ceiling fan. Additional amenities include: washer/dryer, WIFI, Apple TV & Premium Cable TV Service.

The Resort is located between Route 6A/Main Street and Route 137.

*This property allows you to purchase Pool passes!
*For 2024 summer season the daily pass rate is $25 per adult and $10 per child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $75 per adult and $35 per child. (Children 5 and under do not require a pass).

Good Location in Ocean Edge

Had a great time down the cape with family. This unit was overall clean and spacious. Furniture could be cleaned as a number of stains on it. Check in/out was very easy. I would rent again if visiting the cape!

This is a very nice property… the living room furniture could use a freshen up. Beds were comfy and kitchen had everything you need.

Perfect vacation condo!

Newly updated and nicely decorated! very warm and welcoming, our family of 5 had plenty of room . loved eating breakfast out on the deck, patio furniture was perfect, didn't get a chance to use the grill . pleasantly surprised there was a iron and ironing board( don't normally use on vacation) but were attending a wedding so it was useful . Very Quiet complex , outside well maintained, Excellent week
