A second bedroom features a King-sized bed, flat screen TV and A/C, with a nearby full bath in the hallway. The bright remodeled kitchen features stainless steel appliances and includes all the kitchen amenities of home. The dining room is fully furnished with seating for six, leading to the living room complete with comfortable seating, large flat screen TV, and A/C. Glass sliding doors from the living room lead out to a furnished outdoor patio with outdoor grill. The second level features the open loft bedroom twin bunk beds and a ceiling fan. Additional amenities include: washer/dryer, WIFI, Apple TV & Premium Cable TV Service.

For the 2025 summer season, rates are:
-Daily: $25 per adult | $10 per child (ages 6–15)
-Weekly: $80 per adult | $40 per child(Children 5 and under do not require a pass)

Passes include daily/weekly access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled Children's Activities throughout the Villages.

Tennis & Pickleball fees:
-Fletcher $20/hour per court | Bay Pines $24/hour per court.

Pool passes are NOT included in your stay and must be purchased separately. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club manages the distribution, fees, and operations of all amenities, which are subject to change without notice.
