The rooms were very comfortable as well as the surrounding area was nice to walk arround. The rental was surprisingly spacious so we played alot of games.
The house was so much fun, very clean, and close walking distance to everything downtown Philly. Throughout the whole process, the host was absolutely phenomenal and responded very promptly to all communication.
Amazing place, perfect location. Kids were absolutely obsessed!!! Only thing that would have made it better would have been a bigger kitchen table for everyone to sit at! We will definitely be back if it’s available next time we stay in Philly :):)
We had a lovely stay. Our only issues were that the bedrooms were quite warm and the shower water was not. Everything was nice and clean. The Vrbo was walking distance to almost everyone we needed
Super cute place. We absolutely loved the location! We were able to walk to most of the museums we wanted to visit and got to eat lots of fantastic Chinese food. We could have used some more comfy seating in the main communal area like other reviews have said. Check in instructions arrived on the same day as arrival but were very clear and easy to follow.
We stayed there for the Eagles Parade we only have boys which was kinda of funny. The place was so well taken care of. Close to Chinatown, convention center, reading market and city hall. Even tho they were boys they loved the ball mouth. Definitely recommend.
Great location Had fun with the "pink theme" and the ball pit. I would recommend a larger kitchen table where at least four people could sit. (There were 6 of us and only 2 seat high top for kitchen table) Also the sitting area could use a larger couch. The host answered all questions immediately and was very helpful.I would stay here again without hesitation
We booked this room for our kids and surprised them. They loved it!! It's definitely an experience and the place was very cute. Place had comfy beds and pillows and each room had it's own TV. It had cute Instagram-able rooms and the ball pit was a hit. Location was great, easy to get to a lot of things and right around Chinatown. Only a few minor issues, the couch was not comfortable and dining table had only two stools so we used the two other chairs but since it's not high stool level, parents just stood to eat. So instead of the couch, kids hung out in ball pit and parents on a bed. All in all, it was a great experience for our kids. I would recommend 10/10 for kids under 12 or for girls weekend. Host was also accommodating and allowed us to leave a little later to make our train.

Fun Stay in Philly
Our group had a great time staying at the Girls Suite in Philly! The location in Chinatown is very central. This apartment is full of fun props for photo shoots. Our group did feel that the apartment could have been a little more clean, and there was also a lot of noise from the outside and from the guests above us. It was also a little difficult to get hot water in the showers. Ultimately though, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks!
The good: The location is centrally located and close to tourist attractions and good Asian food. Ball pit and pink decor were a big hit with the kiddos. Check in and out were easy. Toilet paper was by the worst lol. The bad: the apartment is overall clean but generally not well maintained. You can see cracks in the ceiling, walls and floors, things seem to be falling apart a bit, and some mold in the bathrooms. Shower water pressure was poor. Beds and pillows were not super comfortable but perhaps that’s subjective bc husband and kids slept fine. Not much seating; couch is not great and only small dining table. It’s clear that this apartment is cutesy and fun but not really cared for. The neutral: the kitchen is equipped ok. Plenty of towels. Probably wouldn’t stay here again but my kids had a lot of fun and I have no regrets.

But we had a ball pit!
Our family recently stayed here. We loved the pink themed rooms and the ball pit - such a fun idea! We also had good communication with the owner. The rooms, however, need some love. There were broken blinds, a fire detector hanging by one wire in the ceiling, one room had a broken bed frame, there were 3 out of 4 burned out lightbulbs in one bathroom, a closet filled with a broken couch and a ladder, and dirty kitchen utensils. The biggest concern was there was no hot water. All of our showers were lukewarm and that required us running the water for over 10 minutes to get the water warm. There was not a kitchen table to eat at and that would have been nice since there were 7 of us. The location was perfect to many things and we felt safe. The communication from the owner was also good. We just felt like a little updating would be helpful. Our overall review was that at least we had a fun ball pit!
Location and price are perfect. There were several things that might have us looking elsewhere if we came back. Minor:The kitchen lacked salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil. Also not pot holders and no baking sheets or pans for the oven.We had to hunt around for the bath towels hiding on the shelf in one bedroom. We could not use the closet in one room to hand clothes becasue there was a disasembled couch in it. Dearth of towel hangers so its a trick to find places to hang up damp shower towels.Major concerns:It looks like the owner did a lot of the work themselves. Many of the floor tiles are cracked - just cosmetic. There was a light switch plate not flush to the wall in the bathroom.Tiles in the bathroom shower showed water absorption after showering. The water control in both showers is odd and not marked nor consistent.Taken together we had some concerns for safety as it seems like the owner may have done their own plumbing and electricity and likely does not meet safety codes.
Perfect location within walking distance to Reading Terminal, Independence Hall, all the sights. Host was responsive to our needs. The kids really enjoyed the ball pit. Apartment was clean and had the basic amenities.
The place was fun, comfortable, and exactly what was described. The host was super accommodating and helpful for our trip, which made the experience there even better.
Super cute place in a great location. You are right in the city here, so expect the predictable noise of the street and close quarters with neighbors. The host is super responsive and helpful. Wifi is not great, and didn't work at all in the back (largest) bedroom which meant the TV didn't have a signal either. There were 4 TVs in the apartment though and the other 3 had good service. The 5yo absolutely loved the ball pit! Super cute and fun decor.
