The master bedroom features a king size bed, an en-suite bath with stand up glass shower & large double sided closet. The secondary bedroom has a queen size bed, a dedicated workspace with usb ports as well as a large closet with French doors. Tastefully combining relaxation & functionality in one space. With 3 bathrooms early mornings shouldn’t be a problem no matter what size of family you have. The cozy living room with a sofa bed offers extra space to relax or accommodate additional guests. Whether you’re curling up with a book or enjoying some downtime, this serene home provides an enjoyable retreat. There is also on site laundry on the lower level. On the same level there’s a game room equipped with smart TV air, air hockey, and an arcade game loaded with the classics. Whether I'm hosting or visiting, I value respect, cleanliness, and clear communication. As a host, I strive to create a comfortable and welcoming space for all travelers.
Why they chose this property
The location is perfect because it’s 9 mins from stadiums, sports complexes, & Live Casino. 10 mins from downtown & 2 mins from the highway that can get you anywhere else in the city in just about 15 minutes. Not to mention South Philly has some of the best restaurants in the city.
What makes this property unique
The home has modern finishes but is also very cozy & comfortable. The master suite with king size bed & enclosed glass shower is a really nice feature that you won’t find in other properties. Then there’s the game room on the lower level with on site laundry to the rear. This house definitely checks all the boxes.
