We loved our stay here. Everything was just as depicted and described. The host was responsive and accommodating. The studio was immaculate. In the bathroom, there were several toiletry items that the host provided for guests who may have "forgotten" things, and I thought that was such a special touch. Coffee being provided for the Keurig was also nice. We will be coming back.

Beautiful, clean, safe.Site says all fees included, but that is misleading. When you get to the totals, service fee, cleaning fee, and insurance are added on.Wonderful large TV, but no network programming available. Disappointing.

Why they chose this property

Emerald Dreams as we like to call the Studio apartment, due to the luxurious Emerald Green Carpet that I just couldn't part with, is in a very peaceful & quiet neighborhood. We often see deer & the occasional wild turkeys roaming the property. What is so charming is the setting is surrounded by acres of pine trees to the side & rear of the property. Providing a private, secure environment. Only minutes from I-40 & I-77, located in the county east of Statesville. Within easy driving times all the shopping & restaurants of Mooresville is close, and then mountains to the North provide the perfect location.

What makes this property unique

The neighbors on this street are top notch. Friendly, thoughtful and very happy to say hey!
The property is absolutely beautiful, with a 2 acre yard & virtually no close neighbor homes. The home was built in 1988 & has been lovingly maintained & upgraded over the years. It is truly a gem!!
