Inaccurate listing details

Rented this property due to fenced yard being listed as property feature because we had dogs. When we arrived, the fenced yard was attached to a second unit that we didnt have access to. We also paid for late check out but were locked out at the original check out time of 10am. Still waiting for that additional fee to be refunded.
