The beauty inside!

Thank you for sharing your home with us! We had a wonderful time! We were quite pleased with how lovely the inside of your home was. Comfy beds, great showers, well appointed kitchen! -even grabbed a haircut, 2 doors down, at the old school barber shop!

Great location but needs work

The property was very close to shopping centers and restaurants, which was convenient. I enjoyed the master shower with the rainfall showerhead and the master bed was comfortable. The 2nd bedroom, which connects to the hallway bathroom was terrible!! You could feel all of the springs through the thin, hard mattress. The house overall was not very clean. There was dust on almost every surface and the floors were not swept before arrive as there was still food on the floor. The back double sliding door also did not lock, unless you count putting the pin through it or the piece of wood to prevent 1 side of the door from opening. I did speak to the property manager who assured me the area was safe and they have had no problems previously, but honestly that door needs to be replaced. If the door was replaced and the home cleaned better, I would stay again.

Will stay again

This property is very close to where my family lives in Bradenton, so I found it really convenient to stay here. It’s close to a busy road but it’s not noisy at all. It was comfortable and felt like home. I liked it a lot and will definitely try to stay here again for my next visit.

Bradenton Vacation

We have been staying in the Sarasota Bradenton area for many years in the late winter months. This residence was centrally located directly off a major thoroughfare giving us good access to all of our planned destinations. However, the home was in need of additional cleaning when we arrived. This was done after contacting the property manager who lives across the cul-de-sac. After that we had no problems. We did have to ask for simple things like garbage bags but otherwise everything worked well. The bathrooms were very modern, accessible and well appointed. The furniture on the other hand was functional but out of the back room of a second hand store. We did enjoy the amount of room we had and the central location of the house. However, cleanliness and the furnishings could use an upgrade.

Nice and quite place

Place was nice, very clean in nice area. Great communication. Only negative was the place says a stone throw away from the beach. Not true closest beach was about 20 minutes away. Still wasn’t a bad drive to the beach. Would stay there again!!
