Great property with close proximity to beaches and shops. Easy, free parking in the back of building and although the area surrounding the loft is a little run down it was a safe location. The space was clean and updated and had everything we needed (and more) for a relaxing weekend away. We would definitely stay here again.

Can't beat the location. Right above the excellent Houndstooth Restaurant and close walk to Livery Brewery and other restaurants. Straight shot to St. Joseph. Close to expressway in other direction. Harbor Shores Golf course and other less challenging ( More fun- for me anyway) public course and wineries. Loved our little balcony.

This cozy loft was perfect. It was exactly as described. Immaculately cleaned. They even provided all the little things you may need. This was our first time in the area and would absolutely stay here again! The location was very good as well. Very close to St. Joseph and several nice beaches! The host very very tentative and checked in appropriately.

Great place to stay. Exactly as it looks and described. Great restaurants close by. Location is as described. You need to be careful at night but we had no issues. Houndstooth, the restaurant below the apartment is also terrific.

Really Nice place in a rough but trying hard area

Stayed a couple of nights - place itself is perfect. The area is still rough but shows signs of revitalization. I wish the area all the best.

The loft was just as described and very cozy and comfortable. I felt super safe, which was very important as I arrived a few days ahead of my husband. The entry was easy and secure and I really appreciated the gated parking lot. The location was perfect for us and only took a few minutes of a drive to the adorable downtown and gorgeous Silver Beach. We will definitely be back!

Very cute place!!

Cute little loft....perfect for my daughter and I. Property manager awesome. The neighborhood/district was more commercial and maybe not the best area. But, overall, had no problems and enjoyed the stay.

I was impressed with the layout and the way it was decorated. The restaurant downstairs looked impressive, but we did not eat there. The loft was well equipped for our stay and even had a free washer and dryer for our use. My only wish was that there was a curtain over the bedroom window and not just blinds, and that the balcony door locked. The secure off-street parking was a plus.

Beautiful Apartment

When we first pulled into the neighborhood we were a little disappointed. That disappointment quickly diminished when we entered this beautiful apartment. It was decorated beautifully and had a wonderful atmosphere.

Great cozy modern loft

Loved it. Beautiful decor, perfect use of space. Only comment is I wish there was a chain or deadbolt to use at night besides just the door code. Same on door to laundry, made me nervous.

First Grandchild Arrival

The loft was exactly as pictured. We found this space perfect for us. Our only recommendations would be to replace washer. It had a lot of mold in that we did try to clean because the smell was invading our space. Also need a darker window cover for laundry area to loft as it was very bright in our bedroom when others were using it. Otherwise, space was luxurious and comfortable. Will stay again.

The listing was perfect. For the price it was extremely affordable and many points of interest near by. Wonderful restaurant right below. The only thing to note, and we understand there not actually anything might be able to fix it, but it sounded like an AC compressor or pipes would get VERY loud at times, especially when you stood in front of the sink. However, if you had music or tv on, it was easy to ignore.
